Acerca del artista
En 1989 se graduó de la Escuela Primaria de Artes Visuales de La Habana. Continuó sus estudios en la Academia de Bellas Artes de San Alejandro, donde se graduó 1996. En 2010 obtuvo una residencia del International Tourism e.V. (IIT) Mecklemburgo, en Kühlungsborn, Alemania. Desde 2002 es miembro de la Unión de Escritores y Artistas de Cuba (UNEAC). El artista vive y trabaja en La Habana.
He creates a personal and evocative art form. The set of his works presents a continuous process of transformation experienced by the man both in his interior and in his physical being. The relation between the individual and the elements surrounding him is not restricted to a mere presentation, but questions that apparent reality located on the edge of fantasy. Seductive and engaging.
