In a confusing and sticky way, the space I inhabit becomes the driving force behind my work, so the city becomes the umbilical cord that feeds my imagination. My paintings are the bridge that unites what pleases me of the pictorial act, with the nostalgia that evokes in me, past images of my city. It is as if through painting he intended to breathe the rarefied air from a different moment, as if he wanted to resurrect it. My intention is to blur with my approach the filters that the viewer looks at, leaving them before a painting that only tries to guide him to a new place.
