Pedro Luis Cuellar (Cárdenas, 1994) was linked early to industrial design. He has also dedicated himself to the production of animate in the technique of stop motion.
He studied plastic arts in the specialty of sculpture at the School of Art of Matanzas. From his thesis topic, he has integrated several national exhibitions.
